These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including enrollment in, participation in, and purchase of online courses, learning materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable course-specific policies referenced therein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Edu Academy, the operator of course.aieduacademy.com.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features—including course enrollment, progress tracking, and certificate issuance—you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@course.aieduacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Course Access & Enrollment

Course offerings, pricing, availability, and content are subject to change without notice. Enrollment confirms your agreement to the course-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Access to course materials begins upon successful enrollment and payment (where applicable) and remains available for the duration specified in the course description—typically 12 months from enrollment unless otherwise stated. Some courses may offer lifetime access; such terms are explicitly noted on the course page.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; AI Edu Academy does not store full credit card details. Refund eligibility is limited to requests made within 14 days of purchase and only for courses with zero completed lessons or assessments. No refunds are issued after 14 days, for partially completed courses, or for courses accessed via institutional or bulk enrollment agreements. Refund requests must be submitted to support@course.aieduacademy.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content—including videos, text, quizzes, code samples, images, and downloadable resources—is the exclusive property of AI Edu Academy or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from AI Edu Academy.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with server security or disrupt service functionality; (c) access or attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) use automated tools (e.g., bots, scripts) to interact with the platform without express written consent.

7. Termination

AI Edu Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in a course-specific agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI Edu Academy expressly disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. In no event shall AI Edu Academy’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course in the preceding six months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

AI Edu Academy may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted at https://course.aieduacademy.com/terms-conditions. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-website notice at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
